These guys are legit marketers for Loan Officers. I have to say from the minute I book a sales call to speak to their sales team I was impressed with the automation, the follow up, leading up to the sales call.
I was not impressed with their sales person, but that’s probably the only thing that wasn’t good about my experience. He was a bit condescending and had a bit of an attitude. Also kept drinking water every 5 seconds during our zoom sales call (kinda weird).
But the rest of the staff, the onboarding folks, my account manager, and even the owners Preston and McBilly have been awesome and helped me tremendously with my business.

Working with Good Vibe Squad (GVS) was AWESOME. This team of young professionals definitely delivers on their promises to you as a client, and their lead generating system WORKS. Not only does it ACTUALLY generate leads, but these leads are ONLY “sent” to you! (Versus other lead generation programs where the lead is also being sent to another LO that you’re competing with.) Some may view this program as “pricey” but when you’re making more money than you’re spending, while also getting new connections along the way, it ends up being a fantastic investment on yourself.

If you are looking for a legitimate lead generation company, for your legitimate mortgage company (no luv for the part-timers), these guys have cracked the code! It took me a while to warm up to their platform (it has depth) but even during the warm-up phase I was still generating a closed deal per month (without giving it the effort we all know leads take). I’ve hired an assistant to help with the work and am excited at the upside potential.
Truth be told, these are real leads, and they require dedicated work. Nothing worth getting is gotten for free. If you are willing to show up to the pre scheduled appt’s, on time, and nurture them, post initial call, you will have success. If you do what 95% of loan officers do and only do the initial meeting with no follow-up, you will break even. Their system is a no-brainer, for the loan officers that have one.
GVS, thank you for being a legitimate company that provides legitimate opportunities to those that are willing to take them!
